The Ticket Export report does not include the ticket notes. There are a couple of ways to export them.
Export in a group of files
The link below will trigger an export of ALL ticket comments as a CSV spreadsheet, along with customers, contacts, logistics line items, tickets, and assets all at once. Replace "yoursite" with your Syncro subdomain.
Export Ticket Time By Technician
- Navigate to Admin > Reports > Employees - Ticket Time By Technician.
- Select the desired time Period.
- If desired, select certain Users.
- Click Run Report. Notice the NOTE column.
- If desired, in the upper right, click CSV to generate a CSV spreadsheet file.
