You can specify which IP addresses are allowed to access the site. This only applies to non-global admins. Global Admins can always access the site from anywhere.
- Navigate to Admin > Employees - Preferences.
- In the List of Allowed IPs field, add all the public IP addresses of technicians and other staff (not their names) to allow them access to the site.
- Click Save.
You can also see the immediate history of your employees' sessions from Admin > Users. The software does not log a history of access.
